W Guji is an exceptional 1 kg specialty coffee from Ethiopia’s Guji region, grown at an altitude of around 2100-2150 metres above sea level.
It is characterised by notes of red fruits such as red berries and raisins, with a rich body. Made from the Dega variety and dry processed, its roast profile was selected for filter and espresso drinks.
