Recommended Brewing Methods
Black Knight Silver is well suited for pour-over methods such as the V60 and also performs beautifully as espresso when paired with the appropriate grind size and recipe.
For pour-over brewing, we recommend using a CAFEC Abaca V60 Paper Filter (Size 02) with a V60 Ceramic Dripper (Size 01), and serving the coffee in a 450 ml V60 Glass Server. For the best flavor and aroma, grind the beans immediately before brewing using a quality manual coffee grinder.
