This exceptional coffee comes from Guji, one of Ethiopia’s most renowned coffee-growing regions, celebrated for producing vibrant, fruit-forward coffees. More specifically, it is sourced from the Hadiyisu village, where high elevations contribute to the coffee’s remarkable fruitiness and floral aroma.

The coffee is naturally processed and dried on African raised beds, one of the finest drying methods. This technique allows air to circulate evenly around the coffee cherries, ensuring consistent drying while enhancing sweetness, clarity, and complexity in the cup.
