The Story:
From the high mountains of Colombia, specifically the slopes of Galeras Volcano in Nariño, comes this premium coffee cultivated at elevations reaching 2,300 meters above sea level in one of the world’s most exceptional coffee-growing environments.
Produced by more than 200 local farmers who dedicate their passion and expertise to every harvest, the coffee undergoes a carefully controlled process. The cherries are washed and fermented for 20–25 hours, then dried in solar dome dryers under controlled temperatures to ensure balanced drying and optimal flavor development.
The volcanic ash-rich soil from active volcanoes provides the beans with natural minerals and a concentrated flavor profile. The coffee is also grown beneath nitrogen-fixing shade trees, helping maintain soil health and enhancing the quality of the crop.
