Description
Coffee Name: El Camino
Origin: Colombia
Process: Anaerobic Honey Infusion
Variety: Castillo
Altitude: 1,950 meters
Weight: 250g
Tasting Notes:
Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Vanilla & Coconut, with high sweetness and a medium body.
Recommended Brewing Methods:
Filter & Espresso
Processing Method:
The process begins with a 12-hour aerobic fermentation of the whole coffee cherries. A blend of natural red fruit concentrate and a proprietary solution exclusive to the farm is then added.
The coffee undergoes an additional two-day fermentation and infusion stage, allowing it to absorb the added flavors. This is followed by a carefully controlled drying process lasting approximately 12–16 days.
For the Best Experience:
We recommend allowing the coffee beans to rest for 14 days after the roast date before brewing to enjoy their full flavor potential.
