Soil Roasters GUJI is a 1 kg bag of specialty coffee from Guji, one of Ethiopia’s oldest and most renowned coffee-growing regions.
This coffee shows fruity notes of wild berry with a prominent strawberry character and a subtle chocolatey touch, reminiscent of a milk cheesecake. It is grown at 2100-2200 metres, naturally (dry) processed, and made from the Heirloom variety. A bright, fruit-forward cup that suits both filter and espresso.
