A Colombian specialty coffee with a full-bodied profile and distinctive notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and dried fruits.

Grown at an altitude of 1,850 meters and processed using the Natural (Dry) process, this coffee delivers a rich and balanced cup with a unique fruity character.

Usage Recommendations:

• Best used after 15 days from the roasting date
• Store at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C
• Keep the bag tightly sealed after each use
• Suitable for pour-over coffee and espresso preparation

Suggested Recipe:

• Coffee dose: 20 g
• Water: 300 ml
• Water temperature: 88°C
• Extraction time: 2:30 minutes
