Description
Colombia Agustino from The Roasting House is a 227g specialty coffee with moderate acidity and fruit-tea notes, a house favourite. It is grown at altitudes reaching 1900 metres above sea level in the Agustino Forest, in the Huila department of southwestern Colombia.
It is produced by the COAGUSTINOS Association, which invests in developing each producer’s farm and offers training to improve coffee quality and sustainable practices. Washed processed and made from the Colombia and Caturra varieties, it delivers a zesty acidity with hints of hibiscus and fruit tea.
